About Binie

In my twenties, I was working a communications job that felt fine.

Stable, safe, nothing wrong with it, and also very far from my dream. I had a decent marriage, I made it to the gym when I could, yet underneath all of it I was ambitious in a way that didn’t have anywhere to go. I wanted a big career, growth, impact, all of it, but not at the expense of the people I loved most.

Every example I saw around me told the same story:

1.  Women with thriving careers seemed to be sacrificing their families. The women I saw succeeding professionally had marriages that were falling apart or barely had time to see their kids.

2. Women who were deeply present with their families seemed to be sacrificing their careers. The women I saw prioritizing home and family had often quietly given up on the careers they actually wanted.

I looked for someone who’d figured out how to do both. I couldn’t find her.

So I went looking for how. That search is what led me to coaching, and it’s where I found the thing nobody had told me: having it all was never about having everything. It was about knowing exactly what mattered to me and refusing to let anything else take its place.

It’s not about trade-offs. It’s about trade-ups. Get radically clear on your vision. Protect what matters like your life depends on it, because in a lot of ways it does. Do the hard things on purpose instead of drifting through the easy ones by accident. Do that, and you get the success you’ve been building toward and the life to come home to, without the burnout that usually comes with both.

Today I’m an iPEC certified life and leadership coach, Energy Leadership certified, and over the last six years I’ve helped hundreds of clients, wealth managers, lawyers, founders, executives, and leadership teams, do exactly what I set out to do myself: build a career worth having and a life to match it. I’ve brought the Have It All framework to stages at Marriott and Milam’s markets, and to my podcast, Have It All.

Outside of coaching and speaking, I’m married with three kids, living in South Florida. You’ll find me at the gym most mornings and at home most nights, living proof that you don’t have to choose.
